See the quality of our products and service for yourself! Order your own product samples directly from your Shop. Your advantages: You get the product samples at the base price, meaning at a reduced rate.

### **Order product samples at base price**

Log into the [partner area](https://partner.spreadshirt.co.uk/dashboard) and go to your settings to order product samples. In the [Shop preview](https://partner.spreadshirt.co.uk/shop-area/generic/shop) header, you’ll find a link for “ordering product samples”. Click on it and a new shop view will open. Then you can buy your own products at a low [base price](3e17f7f2-c8a4-4ec6-a44e-28220277473b). Just add your products to the shopping basket as usual. Please remember: you will still see the regular shop prices in the shopping basket. [Your margin](d878c6f4-3883-4dd3-982f-5fe8cc264e61) will be deducted when checking out, and you will only pay the low base price for the respective products.

**Tip:** to order product samples, your shop doesn’t have to be activated. You can order your first product samples and try them out even before you launch your shop.

After that, your order will be produced, packed and shipped like any other. You will receive the same order and shipping confirmations and, if required, our complete all-round service. Not only will you get your product samples with just a few clicks, but you’ll also get an insight into how ordering from your Spreadshop feels for your customers.

### **Sustainable production with print on demand**

Spreadshop is a [Spread Group](https://www.spreadgroup.com/our-brands/) brand, the largest [print on demand](e20cc970-c5c9-4591-8cec-5b753c4376aa) provider in Europe. Spread Group prints products at its five locations according to individual wishes – for example, with the designs and logos from your Shop.\
What makes us special: We only produce goods on-demand, which is good for you and for the environment. For you Spreadshop is completely risk-free, because you don't have to pay anything and you can earn money without any expenses. Compared to conventional off-the-shelf products, you not only get a highly personalised product, but also a particularly sustainable one.

* We don’t ever produce on stock, and in doing so avoid producing overstock we won’t be able to sell (and that would need to be discarded).

* We use the best digital direct printers on the market, featuring completely non-toxic and 100% biodegradable inks for waterless printing.

* We ensure particularly durable products with comprehensive quality controls. Wash ten times, dry, iron – if a new product doesn't pass our quality tests with flying colours, it doesn't make it into our assortment.

* We produce completely paperless, saving over 8 million sheets of paper per year, equivalent to about 767 trees.

* We give your customers exact measurements and size recommendations for all our products, so that their new favourite items fit perfectly and won’t need to be returned.

### **Growing organic and fair trade assortment**

In your Shop, customers can filter according to various product characteristics, including of course organic quality or fair trade items. Organic and fair trade products have been proven to have a smaller environmental and social footprint than conventionally produced products, as these actively help protect the environment and improve working conditions. Our share of sustainably-produced textiles is already over 14 percent in Europe and 9 percent in North America, and this will continue to increase in the future. As a company, we require ourselves and our suppliers to comply with a [code of conduct](https://www.spreadshirt.co.uk/code-for-contractual-partners-C4374) and provide transparent information about the [certificates and seals](https://www.spreadshirt.co.uk/certificates-and-seals-C5052) of our products.

### **And it doesn’t stop there!**

We are always and constantly working on making our production and our everyday work more sustainable. This includes covering part of the electricity requirements in our production facilities and in our Leipzig headquarters with solar power, regularly supplying our employees with fresh organic fruit and vegetables, or recycling and donating returned goods. All corporate decisions are monitored by a sustainability council and reviewed for the impact on our eco-balance.

Packaging shipments are now on the sustainability test bench. Currently we ship your order – depending on the quantity – either with paper or plastic shipping bags or in cardboard boxes. In Europe, this packaging mix already consists of 69 percent fully biodegradable or recyclable materials, and 89 percent in North America. We will reduce the amount of plastic shipping bags and replace them with a holistic solution that will lower carbon footprint even more.

The delivery times given here are estimates and do not apply to special finishing techniques such as embroidery and screen printing. You can find more detailed information during checkout after you have added products to your basket. Your delivery time depends, among other things, on the type and number of products as well as the selected finishing technique.

### **Shipping options**

**Standard delivery:** We cannot ensure delivery tracking with standard delivery. Orders that can be sent safely in an envelope are posted without an option to track. This is how deliveries can be deposited in your letterbox without requiring you to be at home. Larger sized orders will be sent in parcels, meaning you can track them.

**Premium delivery:** When opting for premium delivery (if available), you receive a tracking number so you can track your order regardless of size and type of packaging.

**Express delivery:** Choose express delivery to get the fastest delivery treatment. You will receive a tracking number regardless of size and type of packaging to track your order.
